Baby Closet Services
As our Baby Closet Client, your child/children may receive services from us on a monthly basis.
Details are below.

Your biological child/children* wearing up to size 5T in clothes, and up to size 5 in diapers, shall qualify for Baby Closet services.
​
Baby Closet services include the following:

Monthly - diapers, wipes, food, formula

Every other month - gently used clothing, diapers, wipes, food, formula
​
For all new Baby Closet Clients and existing Baby Closet Clients with a new baby, you are asked to produce one of the following documents for each child your request Baby Closet services for:

Birth certificate
-
Crib card
-
Certificate or Verification of Live Birth (received at the hospital when your child was delivered)

* In cases where you have custody of a child, you will need to produce proof of custody before any services shall be rendered.
